Welcome to HACE's Job Seeker section! As a Latino professional, HACE gives you the tools to succeed in your career. We can enhance your efforts by taking your credentials and talents to places you have not been able to reach on your own.

HACE maintains a résumé database of thousands of Latino professionals, and we're always looking for qualified candidates in a wide range of industries and disciplines. You'll want to add your résumé to one of the largest databases of cross-functional Latino professional talent so that you might be called to an interview for your next career opportunity.

Create an HACE profile by uploading your résumé so that you can automatically respond to the career opportunities offered in the Job Postings section of the website. It's easy and takes less than 5 minutes.

A profile identifies you with simple facts such as name, address, functional area, industry and years of experience. After creating your profile, you can attach your résumé as a Word file or other attachment. This will facilitate your response to job offerings and allow you to register for HACE events more quickly.

HACE also brings you face-to-face with hiring managers and recruiters from the nation's leading employers at events like our Regional Career Conferences and Latino Recruitment Series. These events, which are free of charge for job seekers, include professional development sessions on a variety of topics to help you advance in your career.
